Mission and tasks

Trasys International is looking for an ambitious and energetic International Account Manager to join the Sales team. The ideal candidate will help the company expand and establish a trusted relationship with the clientele and discuss new needs, priorities, changes and contract extensions. Work location can be based in Athens or Brussels, with frequent travel to customer locations within Europe.

Tasks

The International Account Manager will perform a wide range of duties including the following:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain, client satisfaction and research to identify new needs of the IT markets throughout Europe;
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and promote Trasys services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives with a focus on industrial and financial markets;
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and EU guidelines
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Profile

  • University degree or postgraduate studies in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT or related fields;
  • 5-7 professional experience as account manager, business development manager, sales executive or similar function;
  • Strong network in multinational companies with a focus on the industrial and financial sector;
  • Proven experience in:
    • Application outsourcing testing as a service, data management, even blockchain,
    • Sales (with proven sales track record),
    • Customer support with excellent IT market knowledge and strong network in Europe;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software;
  • Understanding of the Agile Software Development methodology;
  • Good team spirit and able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment;
  • Strong administrative management capabilities, time management and planning skills, ability to work autonomously and proactively;
  • Professional ethics and ability to develop trusted relationships with clients and staff;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
